The 2010 Macao Sport Activity Photo Competition hosted by the Macao Sport Development Board and co-organized by the Photographic Society of Macao had its exhibition and award ceremony held in the hall of Tap Seac Pavilion on January 26th. Attending guests included Vong Iao Lek, the President, Jose Tavares and Pun Weng Kun, the Vice-Presidents of Macao Sport Development Board, Ao Peng, the Chairman, Sit Lek Kan, the Vice-Chairman, Ma Chi Son, the Vice-President of the Photographic Society of Macao and Sport Council Members including António Fernandes, Pau Ma Chong, Chan Weng Kit, Chung Hon Kun, Lai Pak Leng, Lei Man Iam, Wu Chong Fai, Lou Kit Long, etc.

The competition had two themes, “Athletes at Field”, featuring sports competitions and “Populace Enjoying Sports”, which focuses on sport for all activities. Using different photographic techniques, the participants have captured the essence of the various sports and the wonderful moments of Macao’s sports circle from various perspectives in Macao last year. A total of 719 pieces of work were received by the organisers.
