Friendly Football Exchange between Sports Bureau and Macao Sports Press Association

The Sports Bureau had an annual football friendly match with the football team from the Macao Sports Press Association in the afternoon on 26 February at the Olympic Sports Centre (Multi-Purpose Zone). Both sides in the match aimed to strengthen their physical fitness, facilitate interactions, and build up friendships by playing football. Pun Weng Kun, President of the Sports Bureau, said that he hoped that in this activity, the interaction between the Sports Bureau and sports journalists could be strengthened and mutual cooperation could be facilitated.

The match started at 5 p.m. and was divided into three periods, each of which lasted 15 minutes. President Pun Weng Kun led the Sports Bureau team and promoted“Sport For All for Better Health”by personally taking part in the match.  

The Macao Sports Press Association scored first. In the last part of the match, the Sports Bureau, while trailing 1:2, caught up by scoring twice and turned defeat to victory with a score of 3:2.
