The Sports Bureau, the General Union of Neighborhood Association of Macao, the Macao Federation of Trade Unions and the Women's General Association of Macao signed “Sport for All Cooperation Agreement”

    To continue making joint contribution to Sport for All development, the Sports Bureau held the “Sport for All Cooperation Agreement” signing ceremony with the General Union of Neighborhood Association of Macao, the Macao Federation of Trade Unions and the Women's General Association of Macao in the multi-function room on the 3rd floor at the Olympic Sports Centre - Stadium on 14th February.

Continue to Cooperate for the 8th Year

    Pun Weng Kun, the President of the Sports Bureau, said in his speech that since 2010, the Sports Bureau had been cooperating with the General Union of Neighborhood Association of Macao, the Women's General Association of Macao and the Macao Federation of Trade Unions to promote the development of Sports for All, and the expected results were achieved. Regardless of whether it was about the Sport for All Fitness and Recreational Class, or other Sports for All activities, the residents were provided with more opportunities to enjoy exercising and they were encouraged to develop a healthy lifestyle of “Lifelong Exercise”.

    The Sports Bureau continues to closely cooperate with the three major social organizations, and creates various types of sports activity plans, so that the residents from different sectors of the public will be provided with larger activity space and more opportunities for sports training. As such, more residents will benefit from it. 

    The guests who attended the signing ceremony are Ng Sio Lai, the Director of the General Union of Neighborhood Association of Macao, Leong Wai Fong, the Director of the Macao Federation of Trade Unions, Lam Iun Mui, the Women's General Association of Macao, Lau Cho Iun and Lam Lin Kio, the Vice Presidents of the Sports Bureau, Lou Pak Sang, the Substitute President of Education and Youth Affairs Bureau, the sports committee members, the representatives of various sports associations, and so on.
