The 4^th Asian Beach Games were held from 14^th to 23^rd November in Phuket, Thailand. Macao, China organised a 10-person sports delegation to participate in the event, and dispatched four athletes to join the Triathlon competition.

Hoi Long, a Macao, China representative, won the first silver medal in the Women’s Individual Duathlon under Triathlon category in the Asian Beach Games Asian Beach Games.

Asian Beach Game, a programme of comprehensive Asian games primarily comprising beach and water sports, has been launched every two years since 2008. This edition comprised 167 categories in 29 sports, with a total of 2,800 athletes from 43 countries and regions participating.
