(“Sport easy” counter working hour: Monday to Sunday, 16:00-20:00, except public holidays)
  2. How are my exercise points recorded?
    • Point recording method: When a member uses facilities that are part of the network of the Sports Bureau, they must record their entry and exit times by running their card through the venue's membership card scanner. If members forget to record their entry and exit times, the system will be unable to calculate the number of points to be awarded.
  3. How are exercise points calculated?
    • Point calculation units: 0.5 points will be awarded for each 30-minute period and one point will be awarded for each 60-minute period.
    • Point calculation rule: a maximum of one point can be awarded for each 60-minute period.  A maximum of three points can be accumulated daily.
    • Point valid: Member needs to pay attention to the point expiration date, after that all the point(s) will be canceled without notice; members can browse through our website www.sport.gov.mo or go to Sports Bureau or Tap Seac Multi-Sport Pavilion to check the point expiration date.
  4. How can points be redeemed for prizes?
    • Points Award - Exercise Program: Members can set different training programs as their objective. Exercise programs are divided into 20-point, 50-point, 100-point, 200-point, 300-point and 400-point programs. Members only need to accumulate exercise hours to receive the points offered by their program, after which they can redeem their accumulated points for prizes. There is no limit to the number of times members can exchange points for prizes. Once a prize has been selected, it cannot be exchanged. Supplies of each prize are limited and prizes will be offered only while stocks last. Photos of prizes are for reference only and members may be offered prizes with similar features.
  5. What are the procedures for redeeming points for prizes?
