Application and Payment Method 

  1. Participant is requested to fills in the registration form and send the completed form with one recent photo and the registration fees(US$100.00) to the Macau Sport Development Board before 13 December 2007(based on the local postmark).

  • When the money transfer is completed please send the following information: date, amount, name of delegates to the Macau Sport Development Board.
  • Please include the Beneficiary information in your bank transfer.
  • Registration without payment will not be processed.

B. Once the registration is confirmed, an advice notice will be sent to the accepted participant. If the notice has not been received before 31 December 2007, please contact the Macau Sport Development Board.  

C. After the participant’s flight schedule is confirmed, please fill the information in the itinerary form and send it via mail, email or fax to the Macau Sport Development Board before 5 January 2008.  

Note:

  1. The fees include: Registration fee, 7 night accommodation starting on the 22 to 28 January 2008, 3 meals a day and coffee breaks at course, course materials, local transportation and certificates.
  2. As some delegates might need an invitation to apply for Visas, please let the secretariat know about this situation as soon as possible. A formal invitation will be sent to the delegate upon request.
  3. Date and time of Hotel check in and check out: 22 January 2008 after 2:00 p.m. and 29 January 2008 before 12:00 p.m. If you wish to advance the check-in time or postpone the check out time, please contact the organizing committee at your earliest convenience. An extra accommodation fee of US$100/per person/day will be charged, and it cannot be for more than 2 days prior to/after the above stated period.
  4. About withdrawals: upon approval of each application, the organizing committee will proceed to arrange for the applicant’s accommodation, hence, all payments are non-refundable.
