Group Booking Procedures

  • Group bookings can be made by submitting the booking application form to the Board in advance (This form can be downloaded online or obtained from the Board or venues managed by the Board);
  • Upon receiving booking notification, applicant should proceed to Board to settle payment before using venue.
  • To ensure that group applicants can reserve the venue in a regular timeslot throughout the month, the application form must be submitted monthly prior to the 20th of the previous month;
  • Application forms for occasional bookings must be submitted to the Board ten days in advance;
  • Application forms for occasional bookings for NON-SPORT related event must be submitted to the Board 3 months before the planned activity date;
