The 25th FIVB Women’s Volleyball World Grand Prix – preliminary rounds of Group 1 will be held from July 7 to 23, 2017 with the Finals set to take place in Nanjing, China from August 2 to 6, 2017.
The preliminary rounds will run over three weekends for three consecutive days during the above period. 12 teams will be divided into three groups to compete at three stops in each week in a single round robin format with two matches each day. The five teams with highest points in Group 1 of the preliminary rounds will join the host China Team for the Finals in Nanjing, China.
