Terms & Conditions

1. Spectators can enter the venue upon presentation of this event ticket, one ticket per person, children and infant included. Each spectator can only take one seat. Extra seat reservation is strictly prohibited, i.e. spectators are not allowed to take up more than one seat. Seats are first come first served.
2. Entry is subject to the terms and conditions of the ticket and regulations of the facilities and instructions of security staff. Tight security check of personal belongings will be carried out at the entrance.
3. Entry will be refused to any person under the influence of any substances that alter their behavior or cause violent demonstrations, damages or which are contrary to public order.
4. Inside the venue it is prohibited to use, to possess, to hold, to sell or to offer any political, commercial and promotional materials or objects that can cause harm (eg. arms, projectiles, inflammable objects, explosives, etc).
5. Eating, drinking and smoking is prohibited inside the venue.
6. Food, beverages, banners, posters and umbrellas are not allowed inside the venue.
7. During competitions, spectators are requested to refrain from video recording and photo- taking with flash on.
8. The Organizer and staff reserve the right to decide the format and time for the late spectators to enter the venue.
9. Tickets remain the property of the Organizer and are non-transferable, cannot be re-sale, offered for sale or used for any commercial or promotional purposes.
10. The Organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the event due to inclement weather and other force majeure.
