Korean Players Perform Brilliantly in Macao

The 2018 Asian Bowling Federation Tour – Macao was held on June 24 at the Cotai Bowling Center. The Korean team, who had won as the champion in the men's open qualifying category, the men's graded qualifying category and the women's graded qualifying category in the international tenpin open, won the trophy of the men's champion by Lee Jung Soo. The champion of the women's category was won by Nora from Malaysia, who defeated Futaba Imai from Japan.

The 16 best Asian players in the International Open Tenpin Bowling Championships, Macau, China open congregated in the Asian Tour to compete for greater honor. Again, the final match became the stage where Korean players performed. Lee Jung Soo, men's champion in the graded qualifying category, competed against the Indonesian player Lalisang. Lee Jung Soo, who had been leading all along, determined his victory with the ninth ball, winning the champion with 219 points. In the women's final match, Roya from Malaysia eventually became the champion with seven strikes and 267 points. In the first match, Lei Tak Man from Macao team defeated Pak Kyung Rok, champion in the open category, while Lei failed to win over the Hong Kong player Jimmy Cheung, who performed stably, and stopped at the quarter final.

In the International Open Tenpin Bowling Championships, Macau, China, which was held from the June 15 to 23 at the Cotai Bowling Center, Pak Kyung Rok from Korea and Mukotani from Japan were crowned the champions in the men's and the women's final matches of the open master event and stepladder event respectively.

The champions of all the categories are as follows:

Teenage category: Camacho (Guam); men's graded qualifying category: Lee Jung Soo (Korea); women's graded qualifying category: Kim Hyum A (Korea); senior graded category: Mi Zhongli (China); Macao cup: Lei Tak Man. Indian player Datta, Korean player Pak Kyung Rok and Saudi Arabian player Abdul Rahman were awarded the Full Score Prize individually.
