【Points Award - Exercise Training Program】

• Programs are divided into 20-point, 50-point, 100-point, 200-point, 300-point and 400-point programs.

• Members will receive points for their exercise hours, after which they can redeem their accumulated points for prizes offered by their program.

• There is no limit to the number of times members can exchange points for prizes.

Prize Collection Procedures:

• Once a prize has been selected, it cannot be exchanged for a different prize. Photos of prizes are for reference only and members may receive prizes with similar features. Supplies of each prize are limited and prizes will be awarded on a first-come first-serve basis while stocks last.

• Prize collection date: Once registration for point redemption has been completed, members must present themselves in person at Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion on the date and time specified to collect their prize. The Sport Easy member service desk is open Monday to Sunday between 4:00pm and 8:00pm (except public holidays).

• Procedures for appointing a representative: If members are unable to collect their prizes at the dates and times indicated, they may appoint a representative to do so for them. The representative must present the member's membership card and a letter of authorisation from the member. When redeeming points and collecting prizes, representatives must present their identity card for our record.

• Prize redemption deadline: All members who have registered to receive prizes must collect those prizes in person according to the date, time and place indicated. Prize award not collected within the time limit will automatically be cancelled without notification and without the redeemed points being reinstated.

Other Terms and Conditions for Redemption of Points

• If the stock of a prize selected by a member has been exhausted, the Sports Bureau reserves the right to offer a substitute prize.
• All photos of prizes are for reference only.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points in different member accounts cannot be combined for redemption.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold or converted to cash. Prizes cannot be exchanged.
• Coupons are only valid for use by individuals at venues that are part of the public sports facilities network.
• Coupons are only for use by the member exchanging the coupon. Coupons bear the membership number of the member exchanging the coupon and the member must present his or her membership card for authentication of the coupon prior to use.
• Coupons are not valid for use as online payment for facility booking services.
• Photocopies of coupons or damaged coupons will not be accepted.
• Please use coupons before the end of the period of validity indicated on the coupon. The period of validity is three months from the date of coupon issue. Beyond this period, the coupon is invalid.
• Unless permitted by rules issued by the Sports Bureau, altered coupons will not be accepted.
• The Sports Bureau reserves the right to determine the end use of coupons. In the event of dispute, the Bureau reserves the right of final decision.
• No refund will be given for facility rental that is paid through coupon redemption. Instead, an alternative time for usage of the facility will be organised.
• The Sports Bureau reserves full right to revise the terms and conditions of use of Sport Easy sport facility coupons.
• Member needs to pay attention to the point expiration date, after that all the point(s) will be canceled without notice; members can browse through our website www.sport.gov.mo or go to Sports Bureau or Tap Seac Multi-Sport Pavilion to check the point expiration date.
• Members that have registered to receive prizes must collect those prizes in person according to the date, time and place indicated. When the time limit for prize collection is exceeded, the prize award will automatically be cancelled without notification, without issue of the prize and without redeemed points being returned.
• Members please keep on watching for all the information related to the membership program that is announced by Sports Bureau; members can check such information via our website or go to the “Sport easy” counter at Tap Seac Multi-Sport Pavilion. (“Sport easy” counter working hour: Monday to Sunday, 16:00-20:00, except public holidays)
• Fraud or abuse in the use, accumulation and redemption of points will result in cancellation of the points of members participating in such fraud and abuse as well as disqualification from participating in this program. The Sports Bureau reserves the right to investigate and determine such cases.
• The Sports Bureau is not the supplier of any prize, therefore it will not bear any legal liability for the products. Use of the prizes is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
• The Sports Bureau reserves the right to change without notification the types, models and details of all prizes provided under the Member Points Award Scheme.
• The Sports Bureau reserves the right to revise all terms and conditions of the Member Points Award Scheme.
• In the event of a dispute stemming from the Member Points Award Scheme, the Sports Bureau retains the right of final decision.
• The Sports Bureau reserves the right of final decision regarding all problems or disputes related to the accumulation of points or redemption of points for prizes.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and Portuguese or English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall take precedence.
